Why I Hate Leaf Blowers

I walked past a man blowing leaves with a leaf blower and decided to list of some of the reasons I hate them:
- They’re loud
- They stink and pollute
- They don’t do any better than a rake and/or broom (still need multiple passes, doesn’t put the leaves anywhere less annoying, require you to carry around the blower and wear ear protection).
The leaf blower seems to be the perfect example of technology gone wrong. It makes no improvements, but consumes more resources and has more downsides to its use.
