Mediterranean Tacos
This is a vegetarian taco my girlfriend and I made:
Ingredients:
- Falafel Mix
- Taco Shells
- Shredded lettuce
- Shredded Cheese
- Hummus
Directions:
- Make the falafel patties
- Stuff the taco shells with the falafel
- Add lettuce
- Top with hummus
- Sprinkle with cheese
We both liked them a lot. I feel that they taste a lot like regular tacos.
